1. What We Collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, role in an organisation and optionally your phone number. No other personal data is collected. This website uses no cookies and no analytics.

2. Why We Collect It

Solely to respond to your request or schedule and conduct a meeting with you. We do not send marketing emails. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How We Store It

Form submissions are processed and stored within Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). All personal data stored in the European Union. Cloudflare acts as our data processor under a signed Data Processing Agreement and complies with GDPR. No personal data is transmitted to any other third party.

Data subject requests are handled via Proton Mail (Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Geneva, Switzerland). Email content is end-to-end encrypted. Switzerland has EU adequacy status under GDPR. Proton acts as processor under a signed Data Processing Agreement.

4. Spam Protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. It does not set tracking cookies or build user profiles.

5. Retention

Your data is deleted 6 months after your first contact if no meeting takes place, or 12 months after our last meeting.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at show email. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. Our lead supervisory authority is NAIH (Hungary).

7. Data Controller
